Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 10G Telecom India's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all enterprise clients, partners, and users of 10G Telecom infrastructure.
2. Service Agreement
Specific service terms, SLAs, bandwidth commitments, and pricing are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Order Forms executed between 10G Telecom and each enterprise client. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace the MSA.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our network only for lawful purposes. You must not use 10G Telecom infrastructure to distribute malware, conduct DDoS attacks, facilitate unauthorized access to systems, or violate applicable Indian IT law, including the Information Technology Act 2000.
4. Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.999% network uptime as measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated with 72 hours advance notice. SLA credits for downtime are specified in individual client Order Forms. Credits are the sole remedy for service unavailability.
5. Limitation of Liability
10G Telecom's liability for any claim arising from service provision shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business or data.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. For commercial arbitration, the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration shall apply.
